Elsie has accumulated 20 years of frontline experience, working across nearly all industries. This extensive experience equips her to offer a comprehensive training perspective, which takes into consideration the diverse viewpoints within an organisation. Elsie holds accreditation with various Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) and possesses in-depth expertise in assessment and moderation processes. As the manager of our team of Assessors, she skilfully engages delegates at their comfort level, discussing real-world scenarios and contextualizing our invaluable training for enhanced knowledge retention.

Zanette’s role is multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities that are pivotal to our company’s success. Learner Support & Operations Administrator
Eliz-Mari is our Learner Support & Operations Administrator and plays a vital role in supporting our learners throughout their learning journey. She is responsible for learner well-being, monitoring attendance, addressing concerns, and mentoring learners to prepare them for the workplace. With a passion for working with people and a strong appreciation for systematic processes, Eliz-Mari ensures that learners receive both the guidance and support they need to succeed. Her excellent attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and previous experience as a teacher and sales consultant contribute greatly to her strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Learner Registration & Seta Liaison Officer
Junior serves as our Learner Registration and SETA Liaison Officer, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in working with various SETAs and the QCTO. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that learner registrations, compliance processes, and project exits are managed accurately and efficiently. With excellent people skills and a deep understanding of the Skills Development Industry and its ever-changing requirements, Junior plays a key role in ensuring successful learner outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer
Khomotso is our Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring that all Portfolios of Evidence (PoE) meet strict SETA and QCTO requirements. Her exceptional attention to detail and disciplined work ethic ensure that nothing is overlooked and that full compliance is consistently maintained across all processes. Khomotso began her journey with us as a learner, where her potential quickly became evident, and she has since been developed into a key member of the team. His eldest child is currently excelling in Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Johannesburg, while his youngest is studying Medical Science at Vincent Pol University in Poland. These achievements reflect the family’s unwavering dedication to education. Derick’s commitment extends beyond his family. Lufuno is an Assessor with extensive knowledge of assessment processes, known for engaging delegates at a level they are comfortable with and relating training content to everyday scenarios. His ability to contextualise learning ensures stronger understanding and long-term retention of knowledge. Lufuno began his journey with us as a learner, later progressing to a support marker, and has since successfully completed his Facilitator and Assessor qualifications, along with constituency with various SETA programmes. He is highly detail-oriented and consistently ensures that learners complete their work correctly and well in advance of deadlines. His learners hold him in high regard and respect him for his professionalism, guidance, and commitment to their success.

Fezeka is responsible for our front office and oversees both routine and advanced administrative duties for our team of professionals. As the first point of contact for learners and visitors, she plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. She works closely with every member of our team, and her input is invaluable in supporting operations and helping the team stay organised. Her administrative support is crucial to the success of the business. Fezeka also has a strong passion for HR and recruitment and is responsible for recruiting new learners for our Learnership programmes. She carefully verifies all learner documents with the relevant bodies prior to recruitment, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. She is an eager learner who is always willing to step out of her comfort zone, take on new challenges, and continuously develop her skills.

Assistant Facilitator & Assessor Support
Mihla is a vibrant and versatile Facilitator Assistant who plays an important role in learner support and induction processes. She is bubbly, approachable, and enjoys engaging with learners, creating a welcoming and positive learning environment. In addition to assisting facilitators and conducting learner inductions, Mihla also supports the front office when needed, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever required. Her excellent people skills, friendly personality, and confidence in addressing groups make her a valuable part of the team.
